We were four adults and had a nice stay. The accomodations are good, although it's true it could be cleaner (for example the ceiling in the bathroom), but it's ok for a few nights and everything was comfortable. The breakfast was great. We were satisfied with the location and had no problems coming back walking late at night. We were told that parking in the street was around £20 so we left the car at the Princess Exchange parking for £18 24 hours
Absolute gem of a guest house! Lovely welcoming host who looked after us so well and catered for our every need. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and sumptuous en-suite. Delicious breakfast too! We had a fabulous stay and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay in beautiful Edinburgh extra special!
Great location. On the bus route, it is safe, close to restaurants, and not far from Edinburgh Castle. The owner is very kind and social. Breakfast was included with my stay and very much look forward to it every morning. The room was big enough for me. The bathroom was private but not in my room. It was a bit odd but not an inconvenience. I will be back! Thank you for your hospitality

Nice place. I stayed for 3 days in a triple room. The house is quite clean and the room big. However, note that it's a quite old building with no lift (narrow stairs). The main bed was ok but the small (additional beds) make a lot of noise when moving. For breakfast (from 8 to 9:30 am) they offer several options. The staff was very nice and helpful. The neighbourhood is very quiet and 20 mins far from downtown, so you can reach easily by foot. Small fridge available in the room.

Great location near grass market, 10mins walk max. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and very welcoming host. Just needs a little updating but that’s being picky! Would def use this place again if staying in Edinburgh! Thank you for looking after us!
A lovely guest house about 30-40 mins walk from the Royal Mile. My room was comfortable and clean, however my personal bathroom was located out of my room and across the landing. Not what i was expecting. A full cooked breakfast was included with cereals, juices, cold meats, cheeses, pancakes, tea and coffee. Haggis is also available. A great selection. The manager was welcoming and hospitable. Local buses are available for those who don't want to walk into town.
